2. Nature of Services
LegalDoora is a technology platform that facilitates legal drafting, e-stamping procurement, documentation review, and filing assistance through independent legal professionals, notary practitioners, and chartered accountants.
We assist clients in filling forms, drafting standard legal templates, purchasing official non-judicial e-stamps, and filing statutory applications on authorized government portals.
3. Client Responsibility & Document Authenticity
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all information, personal details, identity proofs, property papers, and supporting documents provided are authentic, true, complete, and legally valid.
LegalDoora shall not be held liable for any penalties, application rejections, or legal disputes arising from forged, incomplete, or false information submitted by the applicant.
4. Government Approvals & Processing Timelines
While LegalDoora makes every effort to draft, review, and file applications expeditiously within estimated timelines, the final grant, registration, or approval of licenses (GST, FSSAI, MSME, PCC, OCI, Property Dastavej, etc.) rests solely with the competent government department and designated statutory authorities.
LegalDoora is not liable for administrative delays caused by government server downtimes, official backlogs, or policy revisions.
5. Intellectual Property & Service Usage
All software, branding, content, and customized workflows on LegalDoora are protected under copyright laws. Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the customized legal drafts generated for their specific application.
