1. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
At LegalDoora, customer satisfaction and transparent legal services are our core priorities. We evaluate refund requests based on the stage of service execution:
- Before Processing / Drafting: If a cancellation request is submitted before our legal team has commenced document drafting or verification, a full refund of the LegalDoora service fee will be issued.
- After Drafting Commencement: If legal drafting has been completed but not yet filed with the government, a partial refund may be issued after deducting a nominal drafting charge.
- After Government Submission / E-Stamp Generation: Once an application has been submitted to a government portal or an official e-Stamp certificate has been issued, service fees are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Statutory Fees & Stamp Duty
Government Stamp Duty, Non-Judicial E-Stamping challan fees, registration charges, and official department taxes are paid directly to the government treasury on behalf of the client.
Once an e-Stamp certificate is generated or government challan is paid, these statutory fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under state revenue and treasury laws.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
